On May 25th, Hidrofer celebrated its 50th anniversary 
with a memorable event that brought together all employees for a day marked by unity, gratitude, and pride. Held at the elegant Quintado Covelo in Famalicão, the celebration reflected the human dimension and collective strength that have shaped the company’s journey over five decades.
The day began at 11:30 AM with a powerful keynote by renowned speaker Professor Jorge Sequeira, under the theme “Keep Pedalling”. With a tone that blended humour, authenticity, and motivation, he inspired the audience around five key messages: stay positive, stop making excuses, believe in yourself and others, fight for your goals, and work as a team. It was a striking reflection of the very values that continue to define Hidrofer.
After the session, the entire team gathered for a communal lunch, reinforcing the sense of belonging and camaraderie that connects colleagues across generations. More than just a meal, it was a moment to celebrate shared experiences and the bonds forged over time.

One of the most touching moments was a gift presented by all employees to the Board of Directors, as a symbol of appreciation and recognition for the company’s 50-year journey. The celebration reached its peak as every one joined in singing Happy Birthday to Hidrofer, followed by a light-hearted moment of dancing and shared joy.
